Steven Ruggiero

Head of Research

Mr. Ruggiero joined CRT in July 2009. Most recently, he had been on the buy side as a Partner and Senior Analyst at Cyrus Capital Partners. Prior to Cyrus Capital, he had spent three years at CRT as a gaming and airline research analyst from 2004 through 2006. Mr. Ruggiero joined CRT from UBS Securities where he was Co-Head of Global Fixed Income Research. Prior to UBS, he spent six years at JP Morgan/Chase as Global Head of High Yield Research and five years at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as Head of High Yield Research. Mr. Ruggiero has been an active research analyst through the great majority of his career, having attained Institutional Investor rankings in four sectors during his tenure at DLJ and JP Morgan/Chase: Gaming, Super¬markets, Consumer Products, and Food and Beverage. Mr. Ruggiero graduated from Middlebury College '81 with a BA in Economics and NYU Stern School of Business with an MBA in Finance in 1983.
