Woody Jay

Woody joined CRT in 2009 as Head of U.S. Treasury and Agency Debt Sales. Prior to CRT, Woody was a founding partner and managing member of Rock Ridge Advisors, a multi-strategy hedge fund. Woody was at Lehman Brothers from 1983-2005 where he started as a trader in the Government Bond Department, Headed that department beginning in 1992, and later Headed all Dollar Denominated Liquid Markets (which included all mortgage pass-through, government, agency and derivatives). Woody began his career at the money market trading desk of J.P. Morgan. From 1996-2006, Woody served on the Treasury Borrowing Advisory Committee (TBAC), where he held the posts of Chairman and Vice-Chairman. Woody holds a B.S. from Cornell University.
