Robert Heffes

Rob joined CRT in 2009 with over 23 years of investment banking experience, including over 16 years of sales, trading and capital markets experience. He spent his first seven years at Salomon Brothers in the Mergers and Acquisitions group. In 1993, Mr. Heffes joined Lehman Brothers as a High Yield Trader. From 1999 to 2005 Mr. Heffes was a Senior Trader and ran the High Yield Trading Desk for UBS Securities LLC. From 2005 to 2008, Rob ran the High Yield Sales and Trading group for Wachovia Securities LLC. Mr. Heffes will be Head of Credit Trading at CRT, including High Grade, High Yield and Distressed Debt securities as well as a Senior HY trader. Rob has a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
