	Compensation Committee	Geoff Kalish Board Member	Reviews and approves the compensation for the CEO, executive officers and other key employees, as well as the goals and objectives relevant to any performance-based compensation for those individuals Administers the equity compensation plan Periodically reviews CRT's compensation policies and practices to ensure they are effectively aligned with CRT's fiscal goals while allowing CRT to remain completive in the recruitment of top producers and skilled and experienced support personnel
