The Capital Markets group at CRT provides its high yield, cross-over and investment grade clients with debt and equity origination services and liability management advice. CRT's institutional relationships and strong distribution capabilities coupled with a sophisticated research team offers clients an effective capital raising partner. CRT has particular experience in balance sheet restructuring transactions and can provide clients with a full suite of liability management alternatives.

Fixed Income
Experienced in the structuring and execution of senior and subordinated debt, preferred stock, hybrid capital, private placements and convertible debt offerings.

Equity
Strong distribution capabilities and a seasoned research team allow CRT to assist clients with the execution of initial public offerings, secondary market follow-on transactions and the execution of 10b-18 compliant share buyback programs.

Liability Management
Decades of experience structuring and executing liability management transactions consisting of open market purchase programs (privately negotiated transactions or structured plans), tender offers, public and private exchange offers and consent solicitations.
