CRT Hires Top Professionals Over Multiple Business Lines

To catch you all up on our recent (and very recent) hiring of new employees, we are delighted to announce that the following 7 TOP Wall Street professionals (4 in Credit, 2 in Treasuries and 1 in Structured Products) are joining CRT:

Robert Heffes:  Rob joins as Head of Credit Trading and will help us expand our High Yield trading presence and assist in the build-out of our High Grade trading team.  Prior to CRT, Rob was head of HY Sales and Trading at Wachovia and Head of HY Trading at UBS.

Glenn Hall: Glenn is one of the pre-eminent HG Salepeople in the market.  Over the past 4 years, Glenn has been a top producer and Managing Director at RBS/Greenwich Capital.  Prior to RBS, Glenn was a Managing Director and senior HG salesperson at Lehman for 12 years.  Glenn will join CRT in July.

Kris Deodato:  Kris was the top producing trader in the Financials pod at RBS/Greenwich Capital.  His specialties are Financials which include fixed, floaters and CDS.  Prior to RBS, Kris was a senior trader at JP Morgan and ran the IG Trading desks.  Prior to that, Kris was at Barclays Capital and Swiss Bank Corporation.  Kris will join CRT in August.

John Paulsen:  John joins us from RBS/Greenwich Capital where he was one of the most highly regarded Financial strategists in the market.  With his 20 years of experience in the business, John brings with him a depth of knowledge in the Financial sector focusing on Banks, Finance Cos and Insurance Cos. Prior to RBS, John worked at JP Morgan Inv Mgmt and S&P. John will also join in August.

Bob Moran:  Bob will be joining as CRT’s Head of Financing.  Bob was most recently Co-Head of Short Term Markets and Financing, Americas RBS/Greenwich Capital. At RBS, Bob was responsible for all short dated US dollar sales, trading and financing.  Bob is very well known as one of the most successful match book and US Treasury short end traders on Wall Street.  Bob worked in the Fixed Income trading department of Bear Stearns for six years, prior to joining RBS/Greenwich Capital.

Warren Heller:  Warren will be joining CRT as a U.S. Treasury salesperson.  Warren, a top quality salesperson, is joining us after 7 years at RBS/Greenwich Capital (rated the #1 Treasury Dealership in sales) and 3 years at CSFB, after starting his career with 10 years at Goldman Sachs.

Bob Eick:  A 25 year street veteran, Bob has spent the last 16 yeas at RBS/Greenwich Capital, where he was an outstanding producer and manager in the asset backed and mortgage groups, running one of their sales teams.  Bob will serve as Co-head of Structured Product Sales with Kevin Clare.
