The CRT Private Equity team leverages a distinct combination of investment skill and operating experience. Collectively, the team invested in 39 companies at their prior firms, and created over $1.1 billion in value to investors since 1997.

In addition to our track record as investors in Information Technology and Healthcare companies, the CRT Private Equity team has a demonstrated operating success as company founders and senior executive management in major corporations. Furthermore, the team members possess broad experience as technology buyers. For example, one of the General Partners served as CTO of Bear Stearns for eleven years, directly involved and responsible for numerous first implementations of emerging technologies including: Building the first global IP intranet network; deploying the first gigabit switching server farm; and implementing the first global VPN financial trading system.

Finally, CRT Private Equity maintains a wide and established corporate network of CIO's and other C-level executives, developed over decades within the firm's global base.
