Harbor Drive Overview
The Harbor Drive Fund combines the investing expertise of a highly experienced team with diverse and complementary backgrounds. The fund combines the skills of Michael Vaughn, one of the leading traders of stressed, distressed, Chapter XI, and reorganized investment situations, with the skills of Bob Lee, a seasoned investment banker focused primarily on middle market special situations whose knowledge is extensive both as a principal and as an advisor in private equity and restructuring.

The fund is founded on the philosophy that securities can often trade away from their core fundamental values due to irrational investor behavior. While markets are efficient over the long term, in the short term situations often arise where market prices diverge from fundamental values due to complexity, financial stress, investor fatigue, or exogenous events. The managers will use a combination of fundamental and credit research to identify, analyze, and exploit these situations.

The portfolio managers believe that their combination of intensive fundamental and credit research in conjunction with their trading, investing and advisory experience allow them to identify and exploit these pricing and market inefficiencies.
